Description
A lecture by eminent Australian Astrologer Joy Usher
Planetary Sect
Sect begins with the idea that human behaviour changes in accordance with the opposition of light and darkness, or more correctly, the presence of light verses the absence of light. During the light-time hours humans become more active and most business practices are at their peak during the day. The hours of darkness are more likely to be used for rest and recreation as the frenetic energy of the day has passed and food is consumed at a more leisurely pace. Some planets work well in a day-time or diurnal environment and others prefer the night-time or nocturnal environment. This lecture examines the differences in sect preference and shows how each planet can gain sect dignity by being in the right place at the right time. My book A Tiny Universe’s Companion, published in 2018, contains a detailed description of sect dignity.
